Logistics companies, distribution companies, courier and delivery companies, the e-commerce sector, and service companies chose Masovian Voivodeship as a central location. Apart from the Warsaw city logistics, the dominating warehouse subregions of Warsaw remain Pruszków, Ożarów Mazowiecki, Błonie, Janki, Nadarzyn, Piaseczno, Marki, Radzymin, Czesnów, and Modlin.

In the Masovian Voivodeship was leased in a total of 267 thousand square meters of the modern logistics and production space, and it was the most of all in Poland from January to the end of March 2025. Among them were the rental of 23,800 square meters in the GLP Warsaw I Logistics Centre park and 20,000 square meters in the Waimea Logistics Park Modlin park.

Many tenants choose the Masovian Voivodeship due to its diverse and extensive warehouse space that meet the requirements of various industries. The acquisition of the P3 Park Grodzisk property from the developer P3 by the developer Prologis was one of the largest investment transactions in Poland in the first quarter of 2025.
