As part of project supervision at AXI IMMO, we offer
Pre-investment services, among which we advise in the field of:
Preparation of preliminary conceptual drawings of the facility and support, as well as coordination of the flow of information in the process of creating the Technical Specification.
We advise on potential optimizations to the client’s expected solutions as a result of our know-how from already completed industrial projects in Poland.
We prepare a preliminary calculation of construction costs along with investment statistics.
Design services based on and executed based on a mutually agreed-upon technical specification and preliminary concept drawings include:
Design and administration,
Preparation of the construction design, documentation, and obtaining a building permit for subsequent parts and divisions in accordance with the Polish Construction Law
Acceptance of the construction project by fire and sanitary experts
Submission of applications and obtaining a building permit
Architectural supervision during construction.
Other Transaction Services
At AXI UMMO, we advise tenants and investors interested in commercial space as part of transaction services. We advise on the rental, purchase and sale of warehouse and production properties, office properties and investment areas.
