As part of property management, we offer:

Administration of lease agreements
- Invoicing (fee for services and utilities)
- Preparing the OPEX budget and settling operating fees
- Manage diagrams and procedures for equipment and other work
- Managing the implementation of other mutual obligations arising from signed lease agreements

Management of technical services
- Supervision of FM services, including tenders for technical, security and cleaning services
- Maintaining technical documentation of real estate (including the Construction Book)
- Regular reporting of the technical condition of each project and infrastructure
- Initiating and organizing cost optimization procedures aimed at improving the competitiveness of real estate (this would include energy, heat, gas, but also security and cleaning services)
- Manage the CAPEX budget in accordance with the relevant leasing contracts
- Taking actions to remove property defects
- Organization of regular inspections necessary according to with legal and technical requirements
