The Upper Silesia region (Silesian Voivodeship, southern Poland) is the second largest warehouse market in Poland and one of the most important distribution hubs for Central and Eastern Europe. By the end of March 2025, the total modern warehouse space in the region was approximately 5.4 million m², which is an increase from 5.29 million m² at the end of 2023.
In 2024, developers delivered 675,000 m² of new warehouse space in Upper Silesia, placing the region first in terms of new supply in Poland.
