Apart from the Warsaw city logistics, the dominating warehouse subregions of Warsaw remain Pruszków, Ożarów Mazowiecki, Błonie, Janki, Nadarzyn, Piaseczno, Marki, Radzymin, Czesnów, and Modlin.

In the Masovian Voivodeship was leased in a total of 267 thousand square meters of the modern logistics and production space, and it was the most of all in Poland from January to the end of March 2025. Among them were the rental of 23,800 square meters in the GLP Warsaw I Logistics Centre park and 20,000 square meters in the Waimea Logistics Park Modlin park.

Many tenants choose the Masovian Voivodeship due to its diverse and extensive warehouse space that meet the requirements of various industries. In addition, the logistics market in Warsaw region is highly regarded by clients due to its exceptional location, which is surrounded by a dense network of roads and highways that facilitate convenient transportation throughout Poland.
