Construction of the Silesia Business Park complex began in 2013 and was completed in the fourth quarter of 2016. It is a “green” complex that will ultimately consist of four office buildings. The total floor area exceeds 48,000 m², of which 42,680 m² is designated for office space. Each office building consists of 12 above-ground floors and 2 underground floors, providing tenants with a total of 988 parking spaces. The typical floor area is 970 m² and will meet the requirements of even the most demanding tenants.
