AXI IMMO strengthens Capital Market Team, Jakub Grabara appointed as Associate Director
Jakub Grabara joins Poland's largest consulting firm AXI IMMO and strengthens the capital markets department as Associate Director.

Poland’s largest consulting firm, AXI IMMO, is developing its Capital Markets Department. As of November 2023, Jakub Grabara was appointed as Associate Director in the Capital Markets Department. Jakub will be responsible for transactional services, i.e., acquiring, purchasing, and selling commercial real estate.
Grzegorz Chmielak, Head of Capital Markets and Valuation, AXI IMMO, says: “Recently, Jakub was involved in many transactions on the investment market in Poland. I am convinced that his extensive knowledge and experience of clients’ current needs and expectations will become a valuable support for our team. Jakub Grabara joined AXI IMMO’s Capital Markets department in November 2023 as Associate Director. Jakub has over five years of experience in the commercial real estate market. At AXI IMMO, he will be responsible for investment advisory, operating sales and purchase processes of investment projects, and acquiring clients. He has advised, among others, REICO IS ČS, Generali Real Estate, FLE GmbH, and LeadCrest Capital Partners. Jakub is a graduate of Management at Kozminski University.
