UDH, one of Poland’s largest distributors of premium imported beers, has leased approximately 1,400 sq m of modern warehouse and office space at the Park Rysy Kraków distribution centre. The tenant, which has chosen to expand its operations in southern Poland, was once again represented by AXI IMMO.

Modern Distribution and Logistics Infrastructure Supports UDH’s Growth

For more than 22 years, United Distribution Holding (UDH) has been importing and managing the distribution of branded beverages and food products in Poland. The company was established in 1999 following the launch of a partnership with the Ukrainian brewery Obolon. In 2011, UDH began cooperating with AB InBev, the world’s largest brewer, and remained its exclusive partner in Poland for 11 years. Today, UDH represents brands owned by global brewing giant Molson Coors, leading German beer brands, and is a market leader in the distribution of Ukrainian FMCG products.

With five distribution centres and a network of more than 34,000 retail outlets, UDH is currently one of Poland’s largest distributors of imported beers and beverages. Growing commercial activity in southern Poland, combined with the need to modernise its warehousing facilities, prompted the company to extend its cooperation with AXI IMMO through an additional location.

Cross-Dock Operations at Rysy Kraków Drive UDH’s Expansion

The new premises comprise approximately 1,225 sq m of warehouse space and 165 sq m of office space. The tenant selected a cross-dock unit within the Rysy Kraków development.

Park Rysy Kraków is a logistics centre located in the western part of the Kraków metropolitan area, near Skawina. The location provides convenient access to the A4 motorway and major national transport routes, enabling both regional and nationwide distribution. The facility offers warehouse space designed to support logistics operations, including cross-dock modules. Its specification includes loading docks and ground-level access doors, as well as technical features that facilitate efficient logistics management and supply chain operations.
