AXI IMMO supports Mozano in its logistics centre relocation to MLP Business Park Łódź

Mozano leases 4,600 sqm of logistics space in Łódź

Mozano, a dynamically growing manufacturer of modern household appliances, has chosen MLP Business Park Łódź as its new operational logistics location. The company offers a wide range of appliances designed to meet the needs of today’s consumers, including planetary mixers, blenders, electric grills, steamers and air dehumidifiers with an air-purifying function. It is consistently expanding its portfolio, focusing on functionality, modern technology and solutions tailored to the expectations of its most demanding customers.

Under the signed agreement, Mozano has leased approximately 4,500 sqm of warehouse space and nearly 100 sqm of office and social space. The completed facility will be made available to the tenant on an early access basis as soon as September this year, allowing it to begin preparations for launching operations. Given the scope of the fit-out and finishing works involved, full handover of the space is scheduled for the end of 2026.

New leased warehouse space for Mozano’s expanding scale of operations

MLP Business Park Łódź focuses on energy efficiency and ESG solutions

MLP Business Park Łódź is MLP Group’s second project in the Łódź region. The investment is being developed in line with the Group’s sustainable development strategy and has been designed with high energy efficiency and user comfort in mind. The buildings will undergo BREEAM New Construction certification at the Excellent level.

The investment incorporates a range of eco-friendly solutions, such as green roofs, compensatory planting and bird nesting boxes. Materials with EPD certificates and FSC-certified wood have also been used. The buildings are prepared for the installation of photovoltaic panels, and the infrastructure includes, among other things, covered bicycle parking and water-saving fittings. Green areas account for more than half of the investment site, while the glazed facades of the office sections underline the complex’s modern character and ensure optimal natural light indoors.

Distribution Centre in Łódź to offer 28,200 sqm of modern warehouse space

MLP Business Park Łódź is being built on a 14.4-hectare plot and will ultimately offer 28,200 sqm of modern space. Its strategic location, just 10 km from the centre of Łódź and close to public transport stops, provides convenient access for both employees and business partners.

The park has excellent connections to the region’s key routes. It is just around 4 km from the A1 motorway via the Łódź Wschód junction. The A2 motorway, via the Łódź Północ junction, is around 25 km away, while the S14 expressway is around 15 km away. This location ensures efficient logistics servicing of the local, regional and national markets, strengthening the investment’s business potential.
