New supply in the period from January to the end of September 2023 amounted to 10,000 sq m. Developers' activity in the coming quarters should increase the available warehouse space by another 64,000 sq m. The region is expanding along two key routes, S12 and S17. The S12 Expressway is the Polish part of the transcontinental route Via Carpatia, which has been under construction for many years, and is ultimately intended to connect the north of Europe with its south. The S17 Expressway connects the Lublin Voivodeship with the capital of Poland.
