The offer of modern logistics and industrial space for rent is mainly concentrated in the Białystok area, which serves as the central administrative and economic hub of the region.

At the end of March 2025, the total warehouse space in the Podlaskie Voivodeship remained at around 98.7 thousand m² – unchanged compared to previous years. The lack of new investments is also visible in terms of projects under construction.
