13500 sq m for logistics Seifert Polska in Upper Silesia

Seifert Polska is growing in Upper Silesia at a rapid pace and currently has warehouse and office space totalling 13,500 sq m. The company has just extended its logistics contract in the Logicor Mysłowice park and has signed a new contract that meets the needs of the food industry leader in the Alliance Silesia Logistics Center in Czeladź. AXI IMMO advised on both transactions.

Seifert Polska is part of the Seifert Logistics Group, a German logistics and forwarding group that operates a total of 524,000 sq m of warehouse space. It specialises in automotive, ADR and paper industry logistics services as well as logistic support for the pharmaceutical, construction and consumer goods markets. Together with the site in Czeladź, the company has 44 logistics centres located throughout Europe.

Seifert Polska with subsequent logistic projects

Seifert Polska develops continually by launching a new logistics project each year. The next one, in Poznan, will start in January next year – a specialised A-class ADR warehouse with a railway siding.

Jan Brachmann, management board president at Seifert Polska, commented on the current situation as follows: “Upper Silesia is our central business location. This is where we grow together with our clients, resulting in an increase in the number of our staff and new contracts for our regular and new clients. We decided on Czeladź because of its convenient location and the ability to create a controlled temperature zone. However, we are already planning our latest ADR warehouse project in Poznan.“- adds Jan Brachmann.

Park Alliance Silesia Logistics Center in Czeladź is a modern logistics facility with an area of approx. 58,000 sq m. It is located at the rear of the M1 shopping centre, about 8 km from the centre of Katowice, by the S86 route and near the S1 expressway.
