AXI IMMO advices on the lease of warehouse and office space for GTV
AXI IMMO consultants have advised leading European furniture accessories and LED lighting company GTV on the lease of warehouse and office space in Błonie Business Park. GTV has leased nearly 2400 m2.
GTV is an international distributor of furniture accessories and lighting and operates in dozens of markets worldwide, including Germany, Russia, Spain, the Netherlands, Iceland, Denmark, Croatia, and even in Brazil. GTV is a dynamically developing Polish company that enjoys the trust of business partners in Poland and throughout the world.
The dynamic development of the furniture and lighting sector in Poland and Europe has had a positive impact on the development of our business, resulting in increased demand for warehouse space. We decided to lease space in Błonie due to its convenient location for effective and rapid distribution nationally and internationally, said Arkadiusz Marcyjanik, Logistic Director at GTV Poland.
The client wanted a warehouse near Warsaw, and at the same time with an easy connection to other parts of the country. The logistics centre in Blonie best met the expectations of GTV, added Karol Osiecki Associate Director Industrial & Logistic at AXI IMMO.
Błonie Business Park is a warehouse park located 27 km from the centre of Warsaw. The warehouses are located on the E30 from Warsaw to Poznan, near the A2 motorway. The space available in the park is suitable for light manufacturing, warehousing and logistics.
