Schrack Technik Polska provides electrical engineering solutions for residential, commercial and industrial buildings, with a portfolio spanning electrical installations, automation, power distribution, lighting and technical infrastructure. Efficient logistics are essential to supporting this broad range of activities, ensuring high product availability and reliable deliveries nationwide.

The expansion at Prologis Park Warsaw II marks another step in strengthening Schrack Technik’s distribution capabilities in Poland. The additional warehouse space will help the company improve operational efficiency and streamline deliveries.

“Expanding our distribution centre to 10,000 sq m allows us to serve customers across Poland more effectively and improve the availability of Schrack Technik products. With its strategic location in Warsaw and excellent transport links, Prologis Park Warsaw II provides an ideal base for our operations. We also value our partnership with the Prologis team, who understand our business and respond to our changing operational needs,” said Sławomir Grzebień, CEO of Schrack Technik Polska.

“Our long-standing customer relationships demonstrate the quality of our parks and the support we provide every day. Schrack Technik has been growing its operations at Prologis Park Warsaw II for years, and this latest expansion shows how the park continues to meet the company’s evolving needs. We are pleased to support its growth with space and solutions tailored to each stage of its development,” said Patryk Czechowski, Leasing Manager at Prologis.

An urban location with infrastructure that supports growth

Prologis Park Warsaw II offers 39,000 sq m of logistics space. Located within Warsaw’s city limits, it provides direct access to Poland’s largest consumer and business market. Its proximity to the S8 expressway, A2 motorway and DK92 national road also supports efficient nationwide distribution.

The park was developed through the regeneration of former industrial land, giving the site a new role in supporting modern logistics and urban development.

Karol Osiecki, Associate Director, Industrial & Development, AXI IMMO, explains:

Prologis Park Warsaw II is designed for efficient warehousing and distribution. Its buildings offer a clear height of 10 m, a floor load capacity of 5 t/sq m, ESFR sprinkler systems and ground-level loading doors. The park also provides flexible unit layouts, spacious manoeuvring yards, ample parking, 24-hour security and CCTV monitoring. Nearby bus and tram stops, along with Warszawa Praga railway station, make commuting convenient for employees.
