Piotr Kalisz has been active in the commercial real estate market since 2010, specialising in comprehensive office tenant representation. His expertise covers strategic advisory, office relocations, lease renegotiations and the management of advisory teams. At AXI IMMO, he is responsible for developing the Warsaw tenant representation team, overseeing transaction processes and building long-term client relationships.

Over 16 Years of Experience in the Office Real Estate Market

Piotr Kalisz began his professional career at an international real estate advisory firm, where he spent ten years specialising in office tenant representation, developing his transactional expertise and progressing to the position of Associate Director. He subsequently gained experience at a leading company specialising in office design and fit-out services.

He later worked for a commercial real estate advisory firm before joining an international consultancy in May 2024 as Head of Tenant Representation, where he managed a nine-person team. In November 2026, he took over leadership of AXI IMMO’s Warsaw tenant representation team.

His combination of advisory expertise and practical knowledge of office fit-out processes enables him to assess occupiers’ requirements comprehensively, taking into account both commercial terms and the technical aspects of planned relocations.
