STM Cyber moves to Business Garden in Warsaw. The tenant was advised by AXI IMMO in the transaction.

STM Cyber Sp. z o.o., Polish IT company decided to lease over 300 sqm in the Business Garden office complex in Warsaw. The tenant was represented in the negotiation process by AXI IMMO. The owner of the complex is Vastint.

“Uninterrupted access to the network and constant supervision over the correctness and security of financial operations are now key elements in every company. Therefore, it is not surprising that in recent years, specialists in cybersecurity or the IT industry have become a very desirable type of employee. Aware of the enormous competition in this market, we decided to relocate to a new, attractively designed space, so that both our current and future staff could work in comfortable conditions and pleasing scenery. The Business Garden complex met our requirements in many aspects, so we look forward to picking up the new office keys,” says Marta Syta, STM Cyber.
Offices in green surroundings in Warsaw
“The complex commissioned in 2017 successfully meets the requirements of tenants representing various industries. An IT company joins a group of companies from the pharmaceutical, financial and logistics sectors. Comprehensive service from AXI IMMO
AXI IMMO company, apart from conducting negotiations, was also responsible for the coordination of design works and ensuring the standard of finishing the office and monitoring and optimization of costs throughout the entire process.
“Every relocation of a company from the IT industry is challenging in providing the appropriate infrastructure for operation. The main aspects include the possibility of choosing an internet sub-provider and allocating an air-conditioned room for a server room. Very important in this project was providing comprehensive solutions, because we relocate company which will work in A-class office space for the first time,” says Bartosz Oleksak, Negotiator, Office Agency, AXI IMMO.
“Out of the curiosities, in our new office will be a mixing table and graffiti made by employees of one of the oldest and most recognizable tattoo studios in Poland,” adds Marta Syta.
Business Garden Warsaw office complex
The Business Garden Warsaw office complex is located in the Wlochy district, Okęcie on Żwirki and Wigury 16a St. at the corner of Iłżecka and 1 Sierpnia St. The office park consists of seven buildings with a total leasable area of 90,000 sqm. The complex includes the Sound Garden Hotel with a conference centre, restaurant and fitness club. The buildings are LEED Platinum certified.
