Multilogistyka, providing comprehensive logistic services including co-packing solutions, has leased 1300 sq m of modern warehouse and office space in SEGRO Business Park Warsaw, Ozarow. AXI IMMO has represented the tenant during the selection of property and negotiations of lease conditions.
Multilogistyka is a dynamically developing Polish company offering a wide range of logistics services, with a particular focus on co-packing. The logistics operator specialises in services for the cosmetics, food, and diet supplement industries. The company provides all services connected with co-packing, including, without limitation: repackaging from packages to unit consumer packages, assembling promotional sets, adding freebies, labelling, or packing ready-to-use kits on pallets.

We were looking for modern warehouse space near Warsaw which meets the highest standards and is situated in a convenient location allowing us to organize an efficient and effective supply chain – comments Michał Bąk, Sales Director at Multilogistyka.
The Client wanted a location with a fast connection to the capital city and high-quality space that match the requirements of the food and cosmetics industries. SEGRO Business Park Warsaw, Ozarow is located near the A2 highway (Warsaw – Poznan – Berlin), only 16 km to the west of the Warsaw city center. The total area of the complex will reach over 86,000 sq m which can be adapted to the needs of logistics or light production. It is one of the four parks of SEGRO in the Warsaw area beside SEGRO Business Park Warsaw, Zeran; SEGRO Logistics Park Warsaw, Nadarzyn and SEGRO Logistics Park Warsaw, Pruszkow.
