PartnersPol Group increases the warehouse space in MLP Teresin
PartnersPol Group increased the order by an additional 7,500 sqm. modern warehouse space at MLP Teresin. AXI IMMO advised in the transaction.

PartnersPol Group has ordered 7.5 thousand square meters of modern warehouse space in the MLP Teresin logistics park. About 7,000 square meters will be used for storage purposes and the remaining 500 square meters for social and office purposes. As a consequence, the logistics company expanded the order and as a result will use with a total of nearly 30,000 square meters in the park. AXI IMMO advised the tenant in this transaction.

MLP Teresin is a modern warehouse centre. Ultimately consisting of 6 warehouse halls with an area of 140,000 square meters. The park is being built on 37 hectares. MLP Teresin is located in the Masovian Province, Sochaczew Poviat, in the Gnatowice Stare. The property is located 45 km west of the centre of Warsaw, near the road no. 92 connecting Warsaw with Poznań and 20 km from the A2 motorway and the Wiskitki junction.
