Manuli Hydraulics in a new warehouse in Legnica
Manuli Hydraulics has decided to move the central warehouse from Germany to Poland. The new warehouse in Legnica will be a BTS project construct by local developer from Legnica. Manuli Hydraulics will have 11,230 sq m of A- class warehouse space and 280 sq m of office space in the new facility.
“The choice of location for our central warehouse in Poland was preceded by a wide analysis of locations throughout Poland. We finally decided for Legnica due to the proximity to the German border and the ease of supply within Lower and Upper Silesia voivodship and the rest of the country. The decision to lease a warehouse space in the selected facility was influenced by the fact that it was possible to adapt the area to our individual needs.” – comments David Sincholle, Operation Director at Manuli Hydraulics.
New warehouse in Lower Silesia
“Changing the location of the central warehouse was a strategic decision for the company. The client decided to locate the central warehouse in Poland in Lower Silesia due to its excellent location – proximity to factories and customers, as well as road infrastructure. In addition, the added value for the client, which influenced the choice of Poland as the main hub, is the bigger availability of employees.” – comments Anna Głowacz, Head of Industrial – Leasing Agency at AXI IMMO.
