I.D.C. Polonia extends lease agreement in Logicor Kraków AXI IMMO has advised in transaction
AXI IMMO consultants have supported I.D.C. Polonia in the renegotiation of the lease agreement at logistic park Logicor Kraków.

Food producer and distributor has leased 3,300 sq m of warehouse space and 300 sq m of office space.
I.D.C. Polonia S.A. is the Polish branch of the largest Slovak sweets producer, I.D.C. Holding S.A. is present on Polish market since 2000 and cooperates with leading wholesalers and retail chains across Poland. The company produces among others Verbena sweets, Góralki wafers and many others. To provide costumers high availability of products, the company carries out intensive marketing and distribution operations.
I.D.C. Polonia is dynamically developing company at Polish market, all the time increasing the scale and scope of operations and improving distribution efficiency. The location of the logistic park in the vicinity of Kraków is the optimal solution, which provides us efficient supply chain and local market support. We decided to extend our lease agreement in Logicor Kraków because of favourable lease terms and convenient location – said Pavol Pokrivcak from I.D.C. Polonia.

Logicor Kraków is the logistic park with 17,000 sq m of modern warehouse space to lease. A-class building in high standard has been adapted according to tenants requirements from various industries. Park is located in Skawina, nearby A4 motorway and E77/7 European road. It provides a great connection with Germany and southern neighbours of Poland. Park is equipped with wide manoeuvring squares and all services. In the vicinity, there are a lot of public communication lines.
