We are very successful as a producer of feed, feed, care products and accessories for animals, as well as a producer and distributor of tools and a distributor of products for the hobby market, that is why our demand for the size and quality of warehouse and office space is gradually increasing. We believe that consolidation of various branches of business in one building will allow to achieve synergy effect in the form of streamlining and increasing the efficiency of logistics processes, as well as of cooperation of sales departments in one location – comments Michał Wysocki, President of the Management Board of BioFeed Sp. z o. o.
Royal Business Park is perfectly matched to the needs of our client. This complex offers tenants high space quality and intimacy. We were looking for a location easily accessible to contractors and public communication for employees. We are happy that, apart from the tenant, the lessor is also satisfied – thanks to one transaction a new facility was commercialized in 100%,, which means that park consisting of two twin building is leased in the perspective of many years. – adds Damian Kińczyk, AXI IMMO consultant representing BioFeed Sp. z o. o.
Royal Business Park is a distribution centre that combines warehouse and office functions. The complex built by a local investor is located in the zone of Gdansk Economic Development Agency and in the special economic zone. The investment consists of two buildings with a total area of 11,150 sq m. offering high-class warehouse and office space.
