AXI IMMO wins the Local Real Estate Agency of the Year at the CIJ Awards for the third time
AXI IMMO has for the third time in a row received the award for the Local Real Estate Agency of the Year in the CIJ Awards organized by the CEE CiJ Journal. The award ceremony took place during a gala at the Westin Hotel in Warsaw on November 6th.

The CIJ Awards are awarded in recognition of achievements in all major categories of the real estate market, including for consultants, developers and investors. This year’s edition was the 13th in the history of the CiJ Awards in Poland. The winners of the competition were chosen by a panel of independent experts working in different areas of the real estate sector in Poland and in the Central and Eastern Europe region.
AXI IMMO was the winner for the third time in a row in the category for Local Real Estate Agency of the Year. The company has already leased more than 200,000 sq m of modern commercial space, only in warehouse and production sector and to the end of the year, a few more contracts will be closed.
