AXI IMMO strengthens its competence in BTS projects
Marek Kosielski has become the new BTS Director. At AXI IMMO he will develop services in field of build-to-suit industrial projects. The team also has joined Maciej Rojowski, who has taken up the position of BTS Senior Consultant.

Marek Kosielski has become the new director of BTS. At AXI IMMO, he will develop services in the field of tailor-made industrial projects. Maciej Rojowski has also joined the team as a senior BTS consultant.
In accordance with the company’s development strategy, we are expanding our business structure in the field of advisory services for the industrial sector and distinguishing the specialized BTS team from the Industrial Department, which is focused on BTS projects, announced Renata Osiecka, Managing Partner at AXI IMMO.
We see an increasing need for dedicated solutions, that’s why we created a separate department, which will support our clients even in most complicated technical and procedural industrial and logistics projects – added Renata Osiecka.
BTS projects under the responsibility of the new BTS Director: technical advisory and investment process management
Marek Kosielski, BTS Director
Marek Kosielski, who has taken up the newly created position of BTS Director, will be responsible for strengthening the AXI IMMO’s competence in build-to-suit industrial projects. Before joining AXI IMMO he held the position of Technical Director at Panattoni Development Company for nearly a decade and previously of Senior Project Manager at Immo Industry Poland.
The new BTS Director at AXI IMMO has decades of experience in the construction and property sectors, especially in the areas of investment process management and industrial objects construction dedicated to individual clients. His knowledge and skills also involve creating a strategy and optimizing production and warehousing processes.
Marek Kosielski’s portfolio includes dozens of projects all over Poland, realized among others for: Jeronimo Martins, General Electric, Rockwell Automation, Bombardier, Polaris, Zelmer, Pilkington, K-Flex or Lenovo.
Maciej Rojowski, BTS Senior Consultant
The BTS team is joined also by Maciej Rojowski, who holds the position of BTS Senior Consultant. The list of projects in which he was involved before includes, without limitation, manufacturing facilities for IFA Rotorion in Ujazd, Volkswagen Motor Poland and Sanden Manufacturing Poland in Polkowice, STS Acoustics in Miedzyrzecze, Ideal Automotive in Zielona Gora or Skamol factory in Opole.
Previously Maciej Rojowski was the BTS Development Manager at Panattoni Development Company.
As a former Legal and Organizational Department Director of the Legnica Special Economic Zone, he has excellent knowledge of the economic, legal, and organizational system of investing in special economic zones.
BTS projects, build-to-suit: manufacturing facilities, factories, logistics centres, and warehouses
The BTS team development strengthens AXI IMMO’s position among leading agencies active in the Polish commercial real estate market.
Services provided by the AXI IMMO BTS Department include all stages of the build-to-suit projects – from the analysis of the need and strategy of the client in a question of industrial and logistics processes, through monitoring of the construction phase and obtaining a permit for use, to the full adaptation of the facility.
AXI IMMO also offers additional services in the operation phase, for example, facility and property management.
