AXI IMMO leases space in Panattoni Błonie II Park
Successful 2nd half of 2012 for AXI IMMO

AXI IMMO – an expert in the field of the commercial real estate in Poland, acted as agent in the lease of 8 100 m2 in Panattoni Błonie II Park. MPM Product extended the lease contract for 3 500 m2, and ID Logistic company leased 4 600 m2.
AXI IMMO participated in subsequent warehouse space lease transactions. The broker intermediated in the conclusion of two contracts, the total volume of which reached 8 100 m2. MPM Product Company – a Polish manufacturer of small white goods, has extended the lease contract for 3 500 m2 in Panattoni Błonie II Park, and ID Logistic – one of the largest logistics operators in Poland, has leased 4 600 m2 in the same Park.
Panattoni Błonie Park enjoys great popularity among the tenants. Very good location near Warsaw (28 km) along the E-30 expressway and close to the junction connecting the A2 Berlin – Moscow motorway with the 579 national route, along with the high functionality of the complex, makes it very attractive for prospective tenants.
Recently, the lease contracts have confirmed the trend that Mazovian region remains the market of the biggest demand. Its central location allows tenants to optimally manage both local (to the biggest ready market in Poland), and domestic-wide distribution via a single distribution centre.
