AXI IMMO is handling the commercialisation of the ABC Shopping Centre in Białystok.

AXI IMMO, an expert in the commercial real estate, is handling the commercialisation of the ABC Shopping Centre in Białystok. The total area allocated for rental is more than 17 000 square metres. The property is being built on Kaczorowskiego Street in Białystok and the investor is the company Market-Bud Sp. z o.o.
The ABC Shopping Centre is a modern, mixed-use retail and service property. The centre is located at Kaczorowskiego Street just 1 km from the city centre, close to Central and Palace Park in the heart of a large residential area. The centre will be accessible from different parts of the city and there is a bus stop adjacent to it with a number of bus lines.
The retail space for rent is approximately 17,000 square meters over three floors with retail and service outlets and an entertainment zone. A car parking will be available for customers with space for around 500 cars. The anchor will be Piotr i Paweł. Talks with other tenants are already underway and 36% of the site is already commercialised.
The architectural design has been prepared by AB Architects form Białystok and the building will have a modern look with a large amount of glass.
Białystok is the largest city in the region, which in recent years has been experiencing dynamic growth. The ABC Centre is a project that has great business potential. An attractive location in the city centre, good transport links and proximity to large housing estates are the undeniable advantages of this new investment, said Renata Osiecka, Managing Partner AXI IMMO.
