AXI IMMO is an exclusive agent for Galeria Turek commercialization
AXI IMMO – an expert in the field of commercial real estate begins to commercialize Galeria Turek. The total leasable area is 4.000 square meters where 2.500 square meters are meant for retail and services. The shopping mall opening is planned for December 2012.
Galeria Turek will be the first modern shopping centre in the city and its surroundings. It will be located not far from the city centre, close to the main retail and communication arteries, at 8, Milewskiego street. In the direct neighbourhood, there is a PKS bus station which is the main source of influx from the whole region. Galeria Turek will represent the Convenience Shopping Center type: a place for fast and comprehensive shopping, a place to meet friends and to use basic services.

The city amounts to 30.000 citizens. A modern, 4-floor building will amount to 6.000 square meters of usable area. It will host 30 shops, service points and cafes. There will be 140 parking lots for clients.
