AXI IMMO as a member of SIOR – the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors, for the second time, engages in the “Student Real Estate Experience” organized by SIOR Foundation and local SIOR branches. The AXI IMMO will promote the competition among Polish students, in which one person has a chance to win participation in the largest industry conference on commercial real estate – SIOR Spring World in 2019. The event will be held on April 10-13, 2019 in Washington, DC Omni Shoreham hotel.

About Student Real Estate Experience SIOR Foundation

SOCIETY OF INDUSTRIAL AND OFFICE REALTORS (SIOR) is one of the world’s largest associations of consultants dealing with office and industrial properties, with over 3,200 members in 36 countries. The SIOR Foundation together with the local branches of the association has created a program for students with a global range. It allows students to participate in local and international industry conferences. The aim of the program is to promote the commercial real estate industry and career opportunities in this sector. Renata Osiecka, Managing Partner of AXI IMMO Group, acting as the Chairperson of the European Chapter of SIOR in 2016-2018, has once again been involved in promoting the Student Real Estate Experience SIOR Foundation program among Polish students.

Competition’s rules

The competition organized as part of the Student Real Estate Experience SIOR Foundation program consists of recording a one-minute video in any form and in English, in which showing creativity one should argue why one would like to take part in this event. The selection of the application will be based on the submitted video and CV. The condition of participation are: the age of majority and the student’s status. From all applications, SIOR members will select one student from Poland who will have a unique opportunity to join SIOR members and students from around the world for the duration of the conference and participation in all presentations, seminars and networking. The event organizer co-finances participation in the conference covering the costs of registration, accommodation, flights and meals during the event. This is a co-financing of up to USD 2,000.
