AXI IMMO an expert in the commercial real estate has brokered the lease of 3 200 sqm office space in Ambassador Office Building in Mokotów district (Warsaw). The new tenant has become Gras Savoye Polska.
Gras Savoye Polska will occupy 3,200 sqm over 3 floors. The company will also have access to a viewing terrace. The building Ambassador Office Building will include all departments of the company and a call centre open 24 hours.
Gras Savoye Polska is a leader in insurance brokerage and consulting. The company has been present in Poland for twenty years. Gras Savoye Polska offers support for all lines of insurance, including property, travel, liability and personal insurance and specialist products such as for example weather insurance. Gras Savoye Polska also provides consulting services, risk management and reinsurance. The group includes Pol-Assistance, which provides insurance services in the field of assistance, damages liquidation, insurance distribution and their direct sale. The company also offers original IT systems.
