AXI IMMO for GTV Poland
AXI IMMO consultants have advised leading European furniture accessories and LED lighting company GTV on the lease of warehouse and office space in Europolis Park Błonie. GTV has leased 5 067 sq m.

GTV is an international distributor of furniture accessories and lighting and operates in dozens of markets worldwide, including Germany, Russia, Spain, the Netherlands, Iceland, Denmark, Croatia, and even in Brazil. GTV is a dynamically developing Polish company that enjoys the trust of business partners in Poland and throughout the world. GTV has leased 4 959 sq m of warehouse space and 109 sq m of office space in Europolis Park Błonie.
Due to our effectivelyimplemented strategy of development, we still gain new clients, which impacts on increased demand for warehouse space. We decided to lease new space in Błonie due to its convenient location for effective and rapid national and international distribution; nearby there are also located our other operating facilities – said Arkadiusz Marcyjanik, Logistic Director at GTV Poland.

Europolis Park Błonie is one of the largest logistics complexes in the Warsaw area. The park is located in Błonie, about 25 miles west of Warsaw by the expressway route E-30, which makes it possible to carry out flexible distribution to the Warsaw market and nationwide. The centre is dedicated to customers interested in renting large and medium-sized warehouse space. The total area of the park is 176 000 sq m of modern warehouse space, and will ultimately have 317 000 sq m.
