Centrum Kowale is a new Convenience Shopping Centre development in Tri-City among large housing estates and adjacent areas inhabited by tens of thousands of people. The commercialisation of the centre is being handled exclusively by AXI IMMO, an expert in the commercial real estate. The company is responsible for comprehensive commercialisation of the site: both the retail space and the office space.

The first office tenant of the investment is Endomed Medical Diagnostic Centre. CDM Endomed has leased an area of 456 m2 in the office building, which is an integral part of Centrum Kowale. Endomed is a medical centre providing specialised outpatient care and employing highly qualified doctors. The centre performs laboratory tests, nursing treatments, tests and genetic testing.

Among the companies that have so far signed leases in Centrum Kowale are a Tesco hypermarket, a Ganesh restaurant, a Play customer service outlet, a PEPCO discount store, a Main Optic salon and a Kolporter outlet, a Zoolandia pet supply store, a Familia pharmacy and a tailoring outlet. The total serviceable area of the centre is 6 000 m2. The opening of the Centrum Kowale is planned for the fourth quarter of 2012. AXI IMMO is responsible for the commercialisation of the investment. Talks are underway with further tenants.
