3,750 sq m of warehouse space leased in Prologis Park Wroclaw
AXI IMMO consultants have advised PST OST SPED in negotiating lease agreement of modern warehouse and office space in Prologis Park Wroclaw. The logistics operator has leased 3 750 sq m.

PST OST SPED is Polish logistics operator operating in Poland since 1992. The company provides a wide range of transport, freight forwarding, customs after comprehensive logistics services and has branches in major logistics centres in Poland.
Subsequent contracts for logistics services made us decide to lease new warehouse and office space in the Wroclaw area. The proximity of Wroclaw agglomeration and a convenient location adjacent to major transport routes will allow us to carry out contracts for clients interested in both logistics services in the region and the whole country or even the CEE region, said Robert Kąkol, Partner at PST OST SPED.
We are pleased that another company has decided to enter into cooperation with Prologis within Prologis Park Wroclaw. The complex is popular among the tenants due to its preferable location – 15 km from Wroclaw city centre with the access to developing road infrastructure and the airport. Thus the park offers preferable conditions for logistics and addresses the needs of the tenants interested in high-quality warehouse space, stressed Magdalena Kostjan, Leasing Manager Prologis in Poland.
PST OST SPED was looking for modern warehouse and office space in a good location, where advanced logistic operations could be developed. The company took into account several sites, and finally decided on Prologis, because space offered the best fit for the needs and requirements of the client, said Wojciech Waryś, Associate Partner at AXI IMMO.
Prologis Park Wroclaw is a modern warehouse and logistics park located in Kobierzyce in the immediate vicinity of the A4 motorway (Bielany Wrocławskie), about 15 km from the centre of Wroclaw and 10 km from the airport. The park consists of five buildings with a total area of over 170,000 sq m. The buildings meet the expectations of even the most demanding customers and are designed for cold storage of goods in food logistics.08
