We are announcing promotions in Mazowieckie and Łódź regions.

AXI IMMO, the largest Polish commercial real estate advisory firm, continues to strengthen its organisational structure.
As part of the latest promotions within the strategic Industrial & Logistics Department, Klaudia Markowska, responsible for the Mazowieckie region, and Jakub Wojtera, advising clients in the Łódź region, have both been appointed Associate Directors.

Klaudia Markowska, Associate Director Industrial & Logistics, AXI IMMO
Klaudia Markowska joined AXI IMMO in 2022 and has been active in the warehouse market for over seven years. In her role, she advises tenants in the Mazowieckie region on securing warehouse and logistics space and managing complex leasing processes. Klaudia works closely with developers and investment funds to ensure the best solutions for her clients. Her recent transactions include deals completed for companies from the logistics, distribution, retail, and manufacturing sectors. Klaudia holds a master’s degree from the University of Warsaw and completed postgraduate studies in ESG at Kozminski University.
Jakub Wojtera, Associate Director Industrial & Logistics, AXI IMMO
Jakub Wojtera has been with AXI IMMO for over 10 years. He specialises in advising on warehouse space in the Łódź region, delivering projects for companies from the industrial and logistics sectors. Jakub supports clients in leasing processes, operational expansion, location analysis, and strategic advisory related to supply chain optimisation. His clients include companies from the distribution, logistics, transportation, automotive, and manufacturing industries. Jakub is a graduate of the Warsaw University of Life Sciences (SGGW), where he completed a bachelor’s degree in management, and Kozminski University, where he earned a master’s degree in logistics and supply chain management.
