Due to the delivery method – using maritime and road transport – NRF Polska considered primarily locations in Gdansk. Pomeranian Logistics Centre (PLC) is a multimodal logistic centre located on a 110 ha site next to the Deepwater Container Terminal (DCT Gdansk). The project is situated only 9 km from Gdansk city centre and 23 km from international airport. Additionally, the access to the park is provided by express road S6 and A1 motorway connecting Gdansk with Upper Silesia. Ultimately, the park might be developed to 500 000 sqm of modern warehouse and logistics space.
