AXI IMMO as investor adviser for Omnigena
AXI IMMO has brokered the sale of 3.5 hectares of land in Święcice.

AXI IMMO – an expert in the commercial real estate – has brokered the sale of 3.5 hectares of land in Święcice, Ożarów Mazowiecki, for Omnigena, a supplier of water pumps and components for agriculture, industry and households.
Plot for Omnigena
The company plans to build a warehouse and offices on the plot, with a total planned area of approximately 4,000 sqm. The process of obtaining building permits is underway, and construction will start immediately after this is completed. Most of the equipment sold by the company will be located at the new site. This is Omnigena’s second warehouse investment, with the first warehouse also being in Ożarów Mazowiecki at ul. Kosciuszki. The new plot was purchased from private owners.
Omnigena has been present on the Polish market since 1974 and it sells several dozen kinds of spare parts and water pumps, including submersible, booster and dewatering pumps. The company also services equipment and advises on the selection of appropriate equipment. The main buyers are institutions and individuals associated with the construction sector and industry.
“A positive outlook for the Polish economy, at a fairly good level of internal consumption, means that medium-sized companies, with no thought of an economic slowdown, are beginning to invest more confidently,” said Renata Osiecka, Managing Director at AXI IMMO.
“The growth in interest in land investment in Poland in the last few months has been led not only by big foreign investors but also companies from the SME sector, who are choosing to purchase land for their own needs. Individuals and smaller companies, which in previous years have limited their investments and focused on accumulating savings, have decided, in the face of weakening fears about the future, to make new investments. SMEs are investing in areas of the real estate market that would have little chance of gaining interest from big investors, who manage to secure financing only for top-rated assets,” added Renata Osiecka, Managing Director at AXI IMMO.
