AXI IMMO appraisers valued nearly €1.5 billion in one year

In May 2023, marks exactly one year since AXI IMMO launched its new Valuation and Advisory business line. The team consists of seven people, including four experts with years of experience and international certifications. In less than a year, the company’s appraisers have valued dozens of properties worth nearly €1.5 billion from various sectors.
Grzegorz Chmielak’s appointment to AXI IMMO in May 2022 opened a new chapter in AXI IMMO’s history. The company acquired an expert with over 25 years of international experience in the Valuation and Advisory sector, significantly strengthening the Capital Markets business line. One of the first transfers to the Valuation department was the recruitment of Joanna Walczynska as Director. At that time, the number of appraisers at AXI IMMO grew, stopping at four experienced and qualified experts who are members of industry associations and hold international certifications from HypZert, RICS, and CCIM.

The Valuation and Advisory Department offers comprehensive services for preparing reports and analyses covering various asset classes in the real estate market. The proposed services include preparing real estate reports and appraisals, investment profitability analysis, transaction valuation, portfolio review, and financial reporting. The Department’s clients include large international corporations, banks, funds, and private investors.
