AXI IMMO advisor to Amazon Filters, the first tenant in CTPark Warsaw Nowy Konik, Poland
New plant to increase production and storage capabilities, enabling faster and more flexible service for customers in Poland and across Europe.

Amazon Filters has leased 2,776 sq m of space at the CTPark Warsaw Nowy Konik complex outside Warsaw, becoming the property’s first tenant.
The new location will accommodate production, warehouse, and office functions, supporting the company’s continued expansion across European and global markets.

Amazon Filters new facilities to support expansion

At CTPark Warsaw Nowy Konik, Amazon Filters will occupy 1,175 sq m of production space, 1,092 sq m of warehouse space, and 509 sq m of offices. The new facility will manufacture key lines of meltblown polymer filtration cartridges, including SupaGard, SupaSpun, Contour, VisClear, and Kilbac.

Advantages of the new location
CTPark Warsaw Nowy Konik is one of seven CTP Poland investments within the Warsaw metropolitan area. The complex will ultimately comprise four buildings, totalling nearly 75,000 sq m of modern, leasable space, offering a mix of larger CTSpace modules and smaller CTBox and CTFlex units. The business park provides excellent access to key transportation arteries, including the A2 motorway, facilitating optimised logistics operations.
