Kuchnie Świata S.A. has picked SEGRO Park Wrocław Bierutowska for its warehouse space. The latest customer in SEGRO’s portfolio, a major owner and manager of contemporary warehouse and production space, began leasing this summer. AXI IMMO was involved in the transaction between the parties.

Kuchnie Świata S.A. is a leading Polish food importer and distributor. The firm, which has operated since 1990, is a specialist provider of gastronomy worldwide, mainly Asian and Italian food. The firm imports and distributes food goods for HoReCa, retail chains, own shops (Delikatesy Kuchnie Świata), and online sales. Its catalogue now includes 12,000 goods.

SEGRO Park Wrocław Bierutowska is a logistics park located in the northeast part of Wrocław, about 12 kilometres from the city centre. A public transport station is nearby, allowing personnel to access the logistics complex easily. SEGRO Park Wrocław Bierutowska’s location near the Wrocław ring road, A8 highway, and E67 motorway provides easy access to all parts of Poland. The client chose to lease over 4,000 sq m of warehouse and office/social space due to its appealing location and the customised attention of SEGRO’s staff to the customer’s demands.

Warehouse with a cold store and a freezer
