Dailyfruits moves to Ideal Idea City Park Wrocław. Fresh fruit and vegetables from Dailyfruits with delivery in the Wrocław area from the new warehouse.

Dailyfruits has been delivering fresh products to offices all over Poland for ten years. This year, the company decided to move its logistics centre to Wrocław. The modern area of 700 sq m in the Ideal Idea City Park Wrocław warehouse park will allow the company to execute new orders effectively. AXI IMMO conducted the negotiations on behalf of Dailyfruits.
Dailyfruits has provided comprehensive delivery services in fresh fruit, vegetables, dried fruits and juices to offices and production plants throughout Poland for over ten years. Over 2,000 companies have already used its services, incl. Warsaw, Katowice, Kraków, Wrocław, Łódź, Poznań, Rzeszów, Szczecin, and Bydgoszcz, Lublin, Gliwice and other cities. An extensive portfolio of products, training and webinars in nutrition education helps many Dailyfruits customers build a benefits program that promotes a healthy lifestyle.
“We decided on the Ideal Idea City Park Wrocław offer due to the location and quality of the project. We were looking for a warehouse space that would provide us with excellent road communication with the bypass and quick distribution of goods to end customers throughout the region. An equally important criterion was to maintain the appropriate standards and criteria for the building’s insulation due to the placement of a cold store in it,” said Bartosz Krudysz, Dailyfruits.
According to the schedule, the launch of Dailyfruits in Ideal Idea City Park Wrocław envisages the occupation of nearly 600 sqm of warehouse space at the beginning of September this year. Earlier, in August, the tenant will start work on installing cooling chambers. A modern office completes the entire lease with a social area of over 100 sqm.
“The offer of Ideal Idea City Park Wrocław will be perfect for tenants looking for a functional, non-burdensome production or a last-mile warehouse for logistics services in the Wrocław region. The client received an optimal hall solution and office module, which the company will occupy within the required time. Another advantage of the Ideal Idea Wrocław investment is its modern architecture, which will also be the local showcase of Dailyfruits,” says Damian Kińczyk, Associate Director, Industrial & Logistics, AXI IMMO.
“Ideal Idea City Park Wrocław is a business park combining warehouse, production and office functions, under the highest A-class standards. We are glad that such a dynamically developing company as Dailyfruits has decided to trust us in the provision of space that will maintain and expand our presence in the Lower Silesia region. City Park Wrocław is a unique investment for us, which confirms the significant demand for SBU (Small Business Unit) facilities also outside Warsaw, where we have operated so far,” comments Aleksander Kobyliński, Leasing Manager Ideal Idea.
Ideal Idea City Park Wrocław is a modern logistics centre consisting of two buildings offering almost 15,000 sqm A-class warehouse space. The investment is located in the vicinity of the Wrocław airport, only 3 km from the Wrocław Motorway Bypass and approx. 7 km from the city centre. Near the location, bus stops serve the Airport, ensuring excellent communication with all districts of Wrocław.
