Hatrans Logistics, operating in the logistics and transport services sector for 35 years, has leased 5,000 sq m of modern industrial and office space in Hillwood Łódź Chocianowice logistics centre. AXI IMMO brokered the lease.

Hatrans Logistics is a family-owned company from Łódź, one of Poland’s largest private customs agencies, present on the market since 1989. With the next stage of its development, it has decided to lease 5,000 sq m of warehouse and office space in the Hillwood Łódź Chocianowice logistics park, located in the southern part of the city, just off the S14 expressway and near the Port Łódź Shopping Centre. The development will include a bonded warehouse and a recognition area. As part of its services for companies, Hatrans Logistics will additionally offer optimisation of customs processes and extensive customs services in the supply chain.

Filip Grzelak, Co-owner and Board Member, Hatrans Logistics, explains: “The portfolio of clients satisfied with our services is growing, which made us naturally decide to secure additional logistics space. The new warehouse primarily intends to increase operational efficiency and enable us to process more orders faster. We were looking for an easily adaptable module that would allow us to meet the growing demand for services resulting from changing business needs. Importantly, location compatibility with our clients, most of whom run their logistics processes in the southern part of Łódź, remained an important factor.”

Hillwood Łódz Chocianowice is a warehouse park of over 97,000 sq m, located in the southern part of Łódź, just off National Road 14, close to the Port Łódź Shopping Centre and the city centre. The park’s location provides easy access to the S14 expressway, the western bypass of Łódź and Pabianice, and to the A1 and A2 motorways.
