Another AXI IMMO and ID Logistics project
AXI IMMO has advised on the renegotiation of the lease agreement between ID Logistics and Panattoni Europe.

The logistics operator has extended warehouse space in Panattoni Park Błonie II on 4 660 sqm.
ID Logistics is known on the market as a supplier of comprehensive warehouse and logistics services. The main sectors of activity of ID Logistics are FMCG, DIY, manufacturing and construction materials. The company has leased 4 359 sqm of warehouse space and 300 sqm office space in Panattoni Park Błonie II.
Panattoni Park Błonie II is modern, distribution centre with 24 000 sqm of warehouse and office space. Park has located about 28 km to the west of Warsaw, nearby international expressway E-30 and intersection linking the A2 motorway with national road No. 579.
