At the beginning of July Anna Głowacz, so far Partner at AXI IMMO, Associate Director Industrial & Logistic and director of Katowice Branch, was appointed the new Head of Industrial – Leasing Agency. In this role she will succeed Renata Osiecka, who combined functions of managing partner and head of Industrial team. Anna Głowacz will be responsible for leasing team management as well as building and strengthening relationships with clients and business partners.

Anna Głowacz joined AXI IMMO in 2011 as an Associate Director Industrial & Logistic. At the same time she has set up Katowice Branch of AXI IMMO becoming its director. In Upper Silesia she has supported the development of AXI IMMO participating actively in leasing and purchase transactions relating to industrial properties. She also managed a team of consultants advising in southern Poland.

New head of Industrial with With many years of experience

Anna Głowacz has been related to the industrial property sector for over 10 years. Before joining AXI IMMO she gained professional experience working in commercial real estate agencies, including directorial positions. Anna is a graduate of the University of Economics in Katowice. She has also completed postgraduate studies in the Warsaw University of Real Estate Management and CCIM course. She Is a licensed real estate agent.
