The international HR consulting and temporary employment agency Randstad has opened new offices coupled with customer service zones in Poznan and Torun. Randstad’s new branches are located in modern office buildings: P-2 in Poznan and Nowy Arsenał in Torun. In total, the company has leased nearly 900 sq m.

Randstad Polska is one of the largest HR consulting and temporary employment agency in Poland. The company employs more than 800 people who serve more than 1,600 clients throughout Poland. It offers comprehensive solutions for the employment of staff at different levels and in different industries.

 The company’s new offices are located in the central areas of cities, with very good access to public transport and excellent external exposure. Randstad has moved into the following office buildings: P-2 in Poznan at ul. Półwiejska 2 and Nowy Arsenał in Torun at ul. Dominikańska 10. In Poznan, Randstad has leased 708 sq m, while in Torun it has leased 190 sq m of office space.

“Due to the company’s development, we decided to change the location and combine this with expansion in Poznan and Torun. Dynamic development in the regions was the main reason for leasing new office space. When choosing our offices we always pay attention to a convenient location and a high standard,” said Zygmunt Michnowski responsible for developing Randstad’s network of offices.

“The client was looking for representative office space that is easy to reach and convenient for public transport. The new locations fulfil all the tenant’s requirements,” said Emil Chwieduk, Office Negotiator at AXI IMMO.

P-2 is a modern office and commercial building in the city centre, offering approx. 2,800 sq m of office space and 6,500 sq m of retail space. The building is distinguished by its unique architecture which blends in with the pre-war tenement buildings. The site is located at the intersection of the streets Półwiejska and Krysiewicza and Wiosny Ludów Square. In the immediate vicinity is the Old Market Square and the CH Kupiec Poznanski shopping centre.

Nowy Arsenał is a modern business centre located in the centre of Torun, on the border of the Old and New Town. In the vicinity of the office building are public institutions and numerous means of public transport. The total area of the building is 5,000 sq m.
