3 300 sqm of office space leased in The Park Warsaw
AXI IMMO, an expert in commercial real estate, has advised on the lease of 3 300 sqm of office space in The Park Warsaw. New tenants are QLOC S.A. and Cenega Poland Sp. z o. o.
QLOC and Cenega has leased 3 300 sqm of office space. Both companies will have their headquarters in building A on the second and third floor. QLOC is an international company providing testing, programming and localization services for computer games, whereas Cenega Poland is one of the most important publisher of computer games in Poland.

The situation on the office market in Warsaw favors tenants, who can count on good offers tailored to organization’s needs. This year in Warsaw will be delivered about 320 000 sqm of modern office space, it is 100 000 sqm more than last year – summed up Renata Osiecka, Managing Partner AXI IMMO.
The Park Warsaw is a new office development in Warsaw, located in Włochy district, a convenient location, 4 km from Okęcie Airport, and only 6 km from the city centre. The location provides easy access by car and public transport to airport, Central Business Area and office district in Mokotów. Modern architecture, flexible modules are features that are appreciated by tenants. The complex will have wide infrastructure: a few shops, bank, restaurants, post office, kindergarten and others. Building A is a first from planed ten office buildings. Ultimately, The Park Warsaw will have about 110 000 sqm of usable space. The first phase is formed four-storey building with an area of 10 911 sqm. The investor is AIG/Lincoln Polska.
