AXI IMMO expert at CONSTRUCTION MARKET FORUM

The coming annual industry forum „Construction market in Poland 2018” is to gather together top-level construction sector and real estate market experts. Renata Osiecka, Managing Partner at AXI IMMO, were invited to take part in this year’s edition of the event as expert and moderator at the part “Construction sector from the financial perspective”.
The forum “Construction market in Poland 2018” will be held on 12 October 2017 at 9.00 a.m. in the Airport Okęcie Hotel, Warsaw.
This event is a chance to sum up the year 2017 and evaluate possible boost in 2018. Their topics will touch upon the most burning issues for construction sector, such as the investment acceleration, strategies and threats to the sector in four thematic sessions: cross-sectoral, residential market, commercial market, infrastructure.
Construction sector from the financial perspective
During an intense day of discussions over 20 expert will ensure reliable assessment of the situation and approaching changes in the construction sector. Renata Osiecka, Managing Partner at AXI IMMO, were invited to take part in this year’s edition of the event as expert and moderator at the part “Construction sector from the financial perspective”.
Together with panellists – delegates from banking sector, she will discuss an impact of socio-economic changes on the construction market condition and financing chain.
This session will start at 11.45 a.m and after experts panel will also provide an opportunity to ask any questions that might remain.
Another interesting sessions at Construction Market Forum
Among another interesting sessions during the forum „Construction market in Poland 2018” are for example: key macroeconomic changes and their consequences for the Polish economy, panel discussion for contractors about planned strategies, opportunities and threats,sessions about infrastructure and commercial real estate market.
The last one thematic session will relate to fastest growing segments and changes foreseen in the commercial real estate market. The panellists will be also discuss condition, recent trends and development in the regions.
