WKK Polska joins MLP Business Park Łódź

According to the developer MLP Group, WKK Polska Sp. z o.o., an international leader in fastening materials, will occupy 1400 sqm of warehouse space and 317 sqm of office and social space in MLP Business Park Łódź, strengthening its operations in the Polish market.

According to published information at mlpgroup.com website, the new headquarters for WKK Polska is to be transferred in mid -September 2025.

MLP Business Park Łódź is a modern logistics park located on a 14.4-hectare area, offering 28,200 sq m. surface. The investment has a great location – public transport stops are located next to it. The park is located 10 km from the center of Łódź, 4 km from the A1 freeway (Łódź East node),
25 km from the A2 freeway (Łódź North node) and 15 km from the S14 expressway on the west side of the city, while the Łódź airport is located at a distance of 15 km.

At MLP Business Park Łódź buildings will be certified as part of the BREEAM New Construction program at the Excellent level. The investment combines high -quality construction with attention to the environment. The design includes green roofs, compensation plantings, breeding booths for birds and amphibians for amphibians around the retention pond.
A covered parking lot for bicycles and a car joint use system will also be available. Over 50% of the area was allocated to green areas, and the buildings were adapted to the installation of photovoltaic panels. Glazed office facades will give buildings a modern character.
