AXI IMMO consultants have advised Aviva Investors, the owner of Wrocław Business Park, on the lease of warehouse and office space within the Wrocław investment. The project with a total area of 9,300 sqm is now 100% commercialized.
Wrocław Business Park is a complex designed for tenants interested in smaller units. The park is located in the north-eastern part of the city, in the Psie Pole district near road No. 8 (Wrocław–Warsaw) and the S8 expressway that is under construction. Its convenient location in the city enables fast and effective organisation of distribution in Wrocław and the surrounding area. The complex consists of two warehouse buildings with an area of 4,800 sqm and 4,500 sqm.
The tenants of Wrocław Business Park include the courier company FedEx and the leading distributor of plastic tiles and semi-finished products Plastics Group as well as others.

“We are pleased that the project has met with the full interest of tenants. The location and effectiveness of the space are just some of the benefits of the investment that have contributed to the increased attractiveness of the offer and the business success of the project.” – said Wojciech Banaś, Associate Director, Fund Management – Europe Aviva Investors.
“Wroclaw is currently one of the fastest growing warehouse and logistics markets in the country. The demand for high quality warehouse space in various formats in the region is growing. In 2013, more than 450,000 sqm of modern warehouse space was leased. There is still a lack of small business units, evidence of which is the full commercialisation of the Wrocław Business Park project” added Hubert Wojtera, Industrial and Logistic Consultant at AXI IMMO.
