Space consolidation for better management

Mariusz Michałowski, Regional Purchasing Manager F&B EU, WestRock, says: “We have long been looking for a solution that would help centralize our operations and optimize costs. The decision to consolidate will significantly impact the more efficient use of available space for warehousing and production.”

The tenant will occupy approx. 6655 sqm of warehouse and logistics space will be supplemented by nearly 600 sqm of office and social space.

Paweł Bułajewski, Senior Specialist, Industrial and Logistics, AXI IMMO, explains: “The Client previously used several smaller warehouse halls spread out near Białystok. One of our tasks, therefore, was to consolidate these spaces so that Westrock could better control and manage its operations and reduce the time and costs associated with transportation between the various facilities. After analyzing several offers, the Client decided on the one prepared by Panattoni.”

More warehouse halls in Eastern Poland?

Wiktor Kordowski, Senior Leasing Manager, Panattoni, emphasizes: “We plan to support Podlasie business by continuing to provide state-of-the-art logistics and industrial space. The two parks 100% leased are the best confirmation of the growing interest in the region and the trust we have gained in the local market. We are delighted that WestRock has decided to take up Panattoni’s offer and join the ranks of our tenants at Panattoni Park Białystok II in Choroszcz.”

Panattoni Park Białystok II is a modern warehouse center that consists of two halls with a total area of approximately 36,500 sqm. Located in Bialystok, the investment meets the criteria for BREEAM certification at the “Very Good” level.
