Strong growth in Central-Eastern Europe
Goodman, one of the main developer in Central Europe, ending 1st half of 2015 reached 20.9 billion of assets under management, which is more than 13.5% increase compared with the same term previous year. In whole Central and Eastern Europe an amount of 833,000 sq m, which is 68% increase compared with previous year.

In Central Europe total space in developer owning reached 833 000 sq m. The biggest interest of Goodman enjoyed Poland with the portfolio totalling 607,000 sq m
Other popular countries are the Czech Republic, Slovakia (47,000 sq m and 78,000 sqm), and Hungary, where total space of projects is 102,000 sq m.
In last half year, Goodman signed new tenant leasing agreement for over than 305,000 sq m. Under construction, there are 150,000 sq m, of which only 10% abroad Poland.
