Investa has leased over 4,300 sq m of modern warehouse and office space in Panattoni City Logistics Wroclaw I. This is the third transaction for Investa in which AXI IMMO has advised the tenant.

Investa Sp. z o.o. is a leader in the distribution of stainless steel, aluminium and metal processing services. The company’s headquarters is located in Pruszcz Gdański. Investa also has a central warehouse in Stryków and six branches in various cities in Poland, where it employs more than 500 employees.

A new production and warehouse hall for Investa

Together with the rapidly growing demand for steel Investa Sp. z o.o. develops its services, which is why it decided to invest in a new production and warehouse facility in the city of Wroclaw. The company has signed a long-term agreement with developer Panattoni Europe to lease 4,300 sq m of space, of which almost 3,800 sq m is a production and storage part and 580 sq m is a modern office space. The new warehouse is located just next to the Wroclaw bypass, on Kwiatkowskiego Street. Investa once again trusted AXI IMMO consultants who comprehensively advised the company in the transaction.

New warehouses in Wroclaw

Panattoni City Logistics Wroclaw I is located in the south-western part of Wrocław. The investment will have six buildings with a total area of almost 100,000 sq m. Warehouse halls will be characterized by the highest technical standard. The location of the park provides quick access to the main route, including A4, A8 motorways. The property has excellent communication to other regions of Poland and to neighbouring countries.
