Panattoni builds speculative space near Wrocław
Panattoni Europe, Poland's leader in the industrial property market, is developing a new logistics park in Bielany Wrocławskie.

Panattoni Europe, Poland’s leader in the industrial property market, is developing a new logistics park in Bielany Wrocławskie. The first building within Panattoni Park Wrocław III will total ca. 20,000 sqm. The developer has finalized the land purchase for the investment and commences construction works.
The new industrial space at Panattoni Park Wrocław III is our response to the dynamic economic growth of the Lower Silesia region and expansion of the local road infrastructure, especially having in mind the completion of the Wrocław Motorway Bypass A8.
Panattoni Park Wrocław III at the final phase of build-out will comprise 2 warehouse buildings which will offer in total 83 000 sqm of space. The park is located next to the Wrocław bypass A8 and motorway A4. With the excellent location, the facility provides a fast connection to the international Nicolaus Copernicus Airport and makes for an easy drive to the Wrocław city centre.
Panattoni’s current Wrocław portfolio comprises two existing distribution complexes, Panattoni Park Wrocław I in Bielany Wrocławskie and Panattoni Park Wrocław II in Nowa Wieś Wrocławska, offering a total of nearly 125,000 square metres of modern warehouse space. Both logistics centres are located in the southern and western part of the Wrocław agglomeration, not far from the motorway junction of the A4 and A8.
At present, Panattoni Europe is developing 233,600 sqm of new warehouse space in Poland, including two facilities for Amazon in Poznań and near Wrocław. Since the beginning of this year, the developer has delivered approx. 100,000 sqm of space in projects dedicated to such companies as Castorama Polska (50,000 sqm) and Polaris (33,600 sqm).
